On the serious note i waited for sping to come,Its my favorite season of the year.The sight new bloom of flowers,fresh mist on grass,sound of cuckoo makes me go aww..It touch my heart with such sights & sounds.Maybe its favorite for another reason as our exams used to get over at these time when  i used to be younger (notice how sarcastically i used "when i was younger" ,even though i am just 20 years old,i feel i have become old for some reason)and we used to have a long break and a new term.Anyways,I feel bad for my siblings & cousins who are busy with their exams when i am enjoying free time(happy to be old) . Anyways overload with details,lets get back to fashion business.

Princess In Making..

Princess In making...wishful thinking,huh...i Guess all my dear ladies have the dream of being a princess well who doesnot...well these dress is a reconstruction of my old velvet dress,i torn the previous sleeves which was of silver lace with rhinestone studded collar with new trimmed lace & satin sleeves..paired the dress with these adorable silk scarf of violet with golden details & chained necklace along with good old black pumps and black clutch..

wore this basic charcoal grey dress with tights & power shouldered military styled jacket for a day out with boyfriend & bff,kuntala. The day was slightly chilly as it rained the day before,first rain of the year,I am so glad cause it was getting hot.I paired the whole look with gladiator flats & layered chains.

as the blog title suggested,these photo was of 1 month back when my family (extended ones too) went for a picnic...not those pre cooked meal picnic but we cooked out there....

As you know i design clothes sometime as my hobby,this dress is one my own creation...Polka dot being one of my favourite pattern lead me to make this dress along with another new obsession of power shouldered.
Sported the whole look with ivory quilted bag,black stockings,hot pink pumps(another obssesion) & my mom black trench coat(not in the picture).

HAPPY NEW YEAR ...!!! i know i am late in wishing all of you but you i was in my home & kinda lost all family visits & parties....Officially am back for my last term of my management studies but my mind & heart still belongs at my home.

Anyways,this was a quick picture as i was leaving for temple(to pray for health & happiness in the new year for everybody). A quick review... I am wearing a black & white checked dress(hence the blog title) with my grey tights & my super hot pink suede pumps(m totally obssesed with them) & my quilted ivory handbag..

went for window shopping to the mall...teamed my sea mermaids polka dot top with charcoal grey military jacket..completed the whole look with ht pink stone studded pumps & satin clutch bag..

p.s- today is magh bihu,which is our traditional festival where we make rice cake,coconut sweets,rice pudding  and all Indian food festivities along with bon fire...But as i am staying away from away home,i am missing all the fun..:((
